Yet another recipe from Ate Becky.  It’s essentially like fried rice, but somehow differently delicious.


  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup tuna flakes in oil
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 2 tbs oil salt or fish sauce to taste
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (optional)
  • minced garlic to taste


  1. Saute onion, garlic, celery
  2. Add tuna (including oil)
  3. add the rice and stir until everything is incorporated
  4. Adjust seasoning with fish or soy sauce
